Their answers are just *** copy/paste texts, and they just answer to shut you up.

People complaining about your attitude or saying that iHerb is reliable, pls dont talk of what you don't understand.

So you guys made an order and everything went well...that's not a good service, that's the normal thing that should happen. Now when that doesn't happen and when you need the company to take responsibility and see nothing of it and just a *** game of pushing you out...you my friend will know about the attitude and what a good company is.

Free Shipping Myth

I have been ordering from iHerb for over five (5) years. Until recently, they shipped the free 1-3 days by UPS. Recently changed to Fedx SmartPost and it took five days for Fedx to drop off at post office, not my residence or place of business. I called to request they either ship UPS or refund my money. They said I received shipping free. I asked them to refund my order $. They said when it was returned. I told them they lost my business because of this. They said thank you and offered nothing else. Fedx SmartPost lost an order from Amazon also. I will not be ordering from them or any other company who uses Fedx SmartPost.

Iherb stole my money and their support laughed as they did so

I made an order of vitamins from their website and the product was never delivered. I spoke to the shipping company and they said iherb.com simply has to contact them in order to process the refund. Simple I thought. Wrong.After 19 emails back and forth with iherb.com customer support, 13 of which were the EXACT same copy and paste from them, I realize they simply wanted to steal my money. And it seems they even enjoyed it. They wouldn't even acknowledge that all they had to do was contact the shipping company. I asked over and over. I got the same copy and paste answers saying "international mail is untrackable." That is just completely wrong.So 6 months later, way too many emails and hours of my life spent trying to rectify this, I get this an the last email from iherb.com so-called support:"refund is :Denied"Classy. Way to laugh at those whose money you have stolen.Never order from them unless you are prepared to have your money completely stolen, receive not product, and be laughed at by their support.

well that's not surprising the treatment of their employees is even worse, I was harassed there endlessly as an employee, they are the most immature, irresponsible, and unprofessional company I have ever worked for, and CEO Ray Faree stands behind the foolishness he even decided to take time from his busy schedule to come to my work area and harass me personally one day unbelievable group of people there.

Same thing happened to me. I think the picker stole two of my boxes at Christmas, knowing there was something in there that they wanted.

Now, they have given me the wrong thing AGAIN (have also received stuff damaged) and they won't respond to emails.

I am a very preferred customer - thousands of $$ spent. There is something wrong with the company.

Refuse to deal w/returns

Ordered several items from iherb.com. About 90% of the products were unsatisfactory. Ex., bad smells, unable to unwrap a soap that had plastic literally adhered to & molded into the soap, etc. I emailed their "customer service" three times without receiving even an automated reply. I called several times & was either left waiting for them to pick up or there was no answer at all. My huge concern is that they now have my card info & they are obviously not an upstanding company. Judging from the things I bought, I think the items may be old or damaged.

They do not deliver

They do not provide track/trace info

They do not give your money back etc

They keep telling lies and fairy tales

IHerb online - they cheat

Today I wanted to buy acacia fiber powder, peppermint oil capsules. The price for 1lb fiber was 10.42 and for one bottle of peppermint was 8.17. I wanted to buy 5 of each. I should pay $10.42x5=52.10 and $8.17x5=40.85. In Total I saw $ 53.38 for fiber and $ 43.63 for peppermint. How come? They wanted to have 97.01 instead of 91.25. It means stealing stealing my $ 5.76 They also promised discount price if you buy 4 or more. Where this discount? No traces of it. So, be very very careful with iHerb. They cheat.

They switch prices on you, who the *** does that? They do realize we can shop elsewhere right?

You put your coupon code, 10 dollars off out of a 80 dollars purchase, you go to checkout and your 10 dollars off disappear!

Very surprised by how unprofessional they are...

WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE I HAVE EXPRIENCED IN A LONG TIME...most on-line companies at least have the intelligence of a potato and know how competitive their markets are...i received the incorrect order - i notified them i was desperate to get my corrected order - nothing - they remove any negative comments immediately from their Facebook page - no resolution as yet and without the product i ordered, i can't drive, work, eat or sleep. just say no to iherb.
