Missing item that is paid for

I Paid for items that is showing delivered. I did not received any of my items that was delivered. I am really upset. I would rather have my items or a refund. Thanks in Advance

Very disappointing not having had a reply from iherb especially when you spend hundreds of dollars with them

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have been buying products through iHerb over the last few months and find their speed of service pretty awesome to tell you the truth. I'm based in Taiwan on business, of which I place an order online, it's processed immediately and I receive the item(s) from the U.S. usually 5 business days later. I find their operations very efficient and smooth! For businesses looking how to service their customers well look no further then iHerb!

Broken package

and I ordered 2 bottles of liquid chlorophyll and I received one them broken and the liquid all over the box. I am very upset by this.

My order is going to the wrong address

I mistakenly send my order to the wrong address. I did not get the help I needed to change the address. I am very disappointed in the service.

No customer service

its difficult when you have an issue and the only available source for information is a virtual assistant aka a robot, or sending an email and waiting for a response. I got a UPS notice for a delivery from iHerb, I have no knowledge of ordering anything from them. It may be something purchased on Amazon but since my issue doesnt fit any of their canned choices, I have to spend MY time on this. Be assured I will never order anything from anyone that involves iHerb. Spectacularly poor service.

I never received my package that I paid my money for. Bad customer service, I will never order from you guys again or recommend anyone else to. On top of that you cant speak to a live representative.

Zero customer service

Do not order from this company. I never received my order after paying for it. I was kicked out of my account. Their chat bot doesnt work. Literally there is no phone number anywhere online that gets you to an actual person to help you. I dont know how they can get away with this level of business operations. As a customer I literally dont have a way to contact them source my order or get my money back.

False misrepresentation (advertising)

Tried to place order with iherb, over the free postage amount, iherb say it weighs too much for free postage and only option offered is to pay postage to double the cost. This is not free postage, this is false advertising. iherb are a scam. They have no contactable customer service, and when I finally found an email option they did nothing but raise a complaint number and argue about it. Nave now seen the thousands of complaints, especially about disgraceful customer service.

iherb has been uncontactable and have refused to address the issue. I have contacted the product manufacturer as well and they told me they would "reach out" to their representative, but nothing has changed. These people will not be held responsible for their lies.

No customer service available

No Customer service available over the phone. It is frustrating to try to reach them and all you get is a recording. I placed an order for something and check ingredients the product I received is similar package but different ingredients

I have ordered a oil but I am unable to give my KYC documents please contact me.

I am Tanuja from India. I have ordered a sky organic castor oil order number (332********) . I have given my neighbors address Because at the time of order delivery I will be not available so I have given my neighbors name and address. And now they are not ready to give any KYC documents to me. I have given only driving license and LPG bill to the courier service. And they are rejected. Please help me out. I would like to change my name and address.

Company does not comply with CCPA law and will not delete your account or personal information.

I submitted a CCPA request to delete my personal information and iherb did not adhere to my request. Instead, they only deactivated the account and wouldn't delete my personal information. I have submitted numerous requests on this issue, trying to find out why this company was violating a CCPA law, by refusing to adhere to the law and retaining my personal information against my wishes. I advise anyone to not utilize this company; they would hold your personal information hostage for no reason. The erasure portal is a joke, since they do not adhere to laws which, allows consumers to delete personal information.
