I hope they need to direct face their customer, and inform what the problem , but they choose not to direct contact us, or let us contact I herbs. until li need to search other way like pissed consumer to help contact them. After that I still need to wait no solution
Just waiting for a resolution and feedback on who used my address and why they would do that, very odd sn worrying
No one responded to my emails and no one is trying to solve the problem. Will not order from this company Ever again and I will share this experience with my friends.
