1. Loyalty Credit used to be 10% but now it was shrink to half at only 5% with short expiry period indirectly forcing customers to order repeatedly in order to benefit from this credit!
2. Rewards Credit seems to be totally not credited at all nowadays! Scam! Or, they may have quietly eliminated it without a sound!
To-date, I do not know how much credit I have missed out because the transactions from our referral are not transparent and there is no prompt reminder of expiry credit!
What's happening to iHerb customer service??? Playing hide-and-seek with their customers who complained instead of practice professionalism!
