Verified ReviewerBroken glass in supplement
I received a brown glass supplement bottle that had flakes of broken glass inside with the capsules. The break is nearly imperceptible from the outside and I consumed several capsules before I found glass in my palm along with the capsules.
This represents a serious risk to my health as I may have unknowingly swallowed shards of glass!
I order from iherb regularly and have received other glass container supplements and this one came wrapped just like the others but had to have been broken prior to it being wrapped.
My question is, how can this happen?
Surely iHerb policy does not allow dropped glass to be sent out anyway.
I believe this represents insufficient monitoring &/or training of packing house employees because this is something that should NEVER HAPPEN.
The potential harm to my health from swallowing broken glass is not insignificant.
Is it too much to ask to speak to a human being about such a serious matter? Legally liable or not shouldn't a company that focuses on healthy lifestyle should be ready to at least advise the consumer when something this scary happens.

AI is useless.
They had some data problem. I called their courier and that's what they said, 'Next time contact people, get some customer service.' This iHerb place sucks.

I am from Brazil. I have always bought from you.
But recently, I have made 03 orders and paid as usual by Boleto/Pix. The order number 931****** (**/23 in the amount of R$ 2,084.36); order number 93138**** on July 23rd (R$ 1,846.15); order number 93124**** (R$ 1,548.39 on July 17th). You claim that you did not receive my payments, but I have already sent through SAC emails all the receipts and all the proof of ID transactions made by the payment processor in Brazil (your partner DLocal). There has been no refund and no order delivery.
So my problem is not solved and I am very disappointed with iHerb. I used to trust you.
My whole family bought from you. I am looking forward to a solution.

Their app put my order through twice to Klarna to pay. When I put my card in, it said the card wasn't valid, so I had to put in a valid card, so I put the order through again.
Meanwhile, the first order cleared, which I only found out when I received the emails. When I contacted them, they said it was normal and when the order processes, it will only show one order.
It didn't. Still two orders.

I ordered Nature's Bounty Melatonin 5 mg, I got 3 bottles. I placed my order in April 2024, and they all expire in May 2024! This is highly unacceptable!

When u call pissed customer- you never speak to an Agent - and they tell you right away this is not Customer Service but never give you a telephone number for Customer Service.
I received a package from I herb thst I wasnt expecting so I wanted to speak with someone regarding that issue. That never manifested- could not reach a soul.
Maybe I was on Auto Ship or something. Never was able to get through to Customer Service and that made me anxious- so I went to my credit company and asked then to block any future transactions from IHerb.

Verified ReviewerHorrible, dishonest company with ZERO customer support
This is the absolute worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I found them on IDme, offering military discounts.
Assuming they were legitimate, I was excited to start receiving my supplements from a company that honored those who serve. I signed up and made my first order, which totaled $220 with the discount, and received a confirmation and shipping notice. On the day it was to be delivered, my husband and I were both home, even working on our front porch painting the shutters. Yet, when I checked the tracking at the end of the day to find out where the package was, I saw 'attempted delivery, unsuccessful.' I then checked our security cameras to confirm that there was no attempt (so their carrier Tforce lies!) and called the carrier who said, too late, we already sent it back.
So then I tried to contact iHerb to find out how soon I could get another shipment, only to discover there is no way to speak to a human being. While I understand not having agents to take orders, they need to make a person available if there is a problem with one. I tried three times with the message system and twice with the chat feature. I thought I had finally succeeded in resolving it, but then I received an email that said the refund was canceled (as I didn't want a refund, I wanted a reshipment), but a new order was created, charging me again.
I tried desperately to reach someone and even found their corporate number for the HR department and left a message, which was never returned. It was an unbelievable sequence of frustrating and confusing mistakes resulting from a dishonest carrier and a company too cheap to provide even the most minimal customer support. To top it off, when I went to log in to check to see if they might have shipped a second order, which they never actually shipped, I found they had deactivated my account. Unbelievable.
Thankfully, credit card companies reverse charges. This company should be shut down.
