Poor can never talk to anybody re order never received.

The delivery company they used leaving packages at front door without contacting me and it got stolen.

I need a live customer service person, it will not take my credit card and that automated piece of crap is useless

Ma commande numéro 51666**** qui devrait être livré au plus tard le 6 mars par colissimo n'est pas livré. Alors le 9 mars j'ai contacté la poste qui me confirme que le colis n'est pas livré et retourné à l'expéditeur . Typo on shipping address

iHerb - Typo on shipping address
Order # 92367****. There is a typo on the shipping address. I just noticed last night and has updated to 251 Manitoba Street instead 25 Manitoba Street. The order has been shipped. What is the next step to rectify this? Please advise! Thanks for you attention in this matter. Jenn

Missing order

iHerb - Missing order
I bought my supplements as usual but this time I got the email saying it was delivered on Sunday but I didn't. So far I haven't gotten an answer to know what happened. I'm super disappointed. I am a cancer survivor and I cannot do without my supplements, much less without an answer.

Delivery problems. Resolved.

Delivery problems. I never heard of the delivery service. There was no phone number to contact them. They did not speak English so I could not tell them further delivery instructions. It took 3 times to get ahold of someone who could speak with me. I think you should use people you can communicate with.
