About missing order

iHerb - About missing order

I ordered Diesel, New Zealand Whey Isolate, Mocha Cappuccino, 5 lb on 10 of January 2026, and it was prepaid. The expected delivery was on 14-15 January.

However, it’s February 1, 2026, and I’m still waiting for my product. Either there is no option to refund my money back because their website shows an error always as I try to track my order or refund; that’s ridiculous.

They need a customer service phone number instead of chat/bot crapp. A 5 minute phone call could have resolved this. I will contact credit card company and take money back.

They have no customer service number. This issue could have been resolved in a 5 minute phone call. They have the ridiculous chat/bot which never seems to work right.

I need to add to my initial complaint. The day after I asked IHerb for a reship of the vitamins I did not receive I went back on their site and got the chat/bot to prioritize my complaint.

After about 4 hours I got a response and action from them I explained exactly what happened and they approved sending the product I ordered out. I received it Mon.

3/2/26. If they had a phone number this could have been settled fast but it did work out.

This extremely bad horrible business sold me some spoiled bad,rancid, molded, damaged nuts I was very cooperative with their spoiled food refund policy, I sent photos three times of the spoiled nuts,

I am absolutely totally dissatisfied that this business could sell me garbage and refused to honor their spoiled food refund process, and the nuts are black and not fit to eat. I requested a return label and that was denied.

I wanted them to eat their own garbage; they are probably selling these spoiled nuts to others. It is horrible that they are greedy and selfish and don't care about others. These nuts are still in the box; I don't eat bad food. This business is as low as it gets, no character or integrity, bad business that has horrible bad business practices.

Buyers beware; if you purchase from this business, they have a bad horrible refund policy that they change whenever they want to. If you make a purchase, you will have an extremely difficult time getting your money back for bad spoiled food. This is the worst business ever that has no limits as to how far to go and selling rancid spoiled food and refusing to honor your bad food makes this business a horrible nightmare. They told my credit card that I haven't sent the nuts back; I must be enjoying this.

This is deceptive practice because they do not allow you to return items without a prepaid label. Everything they say is a horrible lie, and their refund policies mean absolutely nothing. They use any and every excuse not to give you your money back for food that is unfit and spoiled. You can't get any worse than this; this business is not reputable and not trustworthy.

They don't have a customer service representative. I do not recommend this horrible deceptive business; all they care about is money and terrible liars, and you can't believe their policies; they don't stand by them.

I had a terrible awful experience; they had the audacity to say if I hadn't charged the purchase back, they would have given my money back. Absolute lie; they deactivated my account and refused to send a prepaid label or refund my money.

Cannot unsubscribe as they are saying my password is wrong, but to change it I need to also use my password with my email. The phone number doesn't exist, and there is no chat! So they have taken my money, which I tried to stop, and also will carry on as I can't get hold of them?

Didn't receive my order

I never received the order and had to reorder the desired product. There is no customer service phone support and had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge for the original order. I have yet to receive a credit for the order

Bad customer service

Hi, I was so upset when I made a order on 21st of December, I put all information about me: address, email,phone number,but on 23rd of December I didnt get not order number or tracking number and I tried to contact to customer service, but not by phone (you did not provide phone number) and not from email but your system told me : we have no information about your order. But on 22 nd of December they took money from my account.

Finely you sent my order to wrong address and I was so surprised that you sent me a massage you did everything right.

Like I said I had no information from you about my order. Do you think is it OK your customer service?

I would like to be able to talk to a customer service agent. This second rate way to do business does not cut it for me.

AI cannot replace the human touch away without losing multiple customers. Check yourself if you want to stay in competition.know there is no phone service only AI generated agents that may not know the customers.

No human person answered my call. Just a stupid robot.

I have tried for over 2 years to cancel all autoships. I also mailed letters with this concern. I'm being charged for products that I don't receive.

I no longer live in Saginaw, TX. Haven't since September 2023.

Impossible to talk to a live person in customer service.

The only way to resolve an issue with a product is to go through this company"s chat-bot. If you try the phone number, the recorded message automatically says that they are NOT customer service.

You get instructed to go back to iherb help... it became a full circle.

Yiu were no more willing to respond than iHerb or their common carrier. "CUSTOMER SERVICE" are two words people at iHerb cannot spell.
