I keep losing my credit and I don't think it should expire.

These credits should not expire. They should reactivate it.

I got these credit because they lost my original order and sent it to a different address and went all over the neighborhood to find.

And on what the offer was $15 but it did expire.

Buyer Beware'

The checkout process is unclear and it is easy to mistakenly sign up for 'auto ship.' Then guess what, there are no refunds for items auto shipped! You receive so many spam emails that the one email notifying of the upcoming shipment gets overlooked.

I feel it is a borderline scam set up to get your money. It is deception with only a chat GPT bot providing customer service.

Terrible customer service.

No live chat, no human customer service . I wouldn't order anymore as there is lack of customer service and email address contact.

I have requested refund a few times, but no one got back to me.

Very disappointed for the money I have spent. I have a bad experience last year to due a refund denied.

I would rather not go into detail because it is a very sensitive issue regarding security. I will state that I have contacted Purolator and was advised to speak to someone directly at your office.

My last order was not delivered as stated.

The emails from your company have been tampered with, as have the shipping numbers. The same problem has occurred with Purolator.

order from iHerb..ca changed courier name three times, tracking number twice. Had to search for last leg carrier online to track, Tracking showed parcel out for delivery to location two hours away, 50 hours later, neither delivered nor updated, still "out for delivery".

iHerb site shows expected delivery today (a Saturday). Email to iHerb support rejected two days ago: "this address is no longer used" , had to find online form, and got confirmation of receipt from the same "no longer used" address.

Uniuni promised response in 72 hours, but no show.. Final leg courier's chatbot form does not accept ETA requests except from "vendors" in prescribed Canadian cities.

they refunded the amount for the purchase and they responded quickly via email but there is another problem I wanted to address - I needed support from iherb to fill in a form provided by SAPHRA (the medicine regulatory authority) with the details of iherb e.g. their registration number, detail of a contact person within iherb and tel number. Regrettably iherb does not provide phone numbers for customer service, only email addresses.

Regarding my recent order at iherb #52944****
I ordered a few times from iherb since 2023. I always paid everything including custom duties and taxes (approximately 40-45% of the total amount) in advance.

A few days ago I received a notification from iherb and Aramex that my order could not be delivered due to invalid or missing shipping information. I then wrote back and gave them my address and tel number again which is also on my iherb page. Then I received a message that I should please contact the carrier as soon as possible to update my shipping address and phone number for re-delivery. Then I received an email from SAPHRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority) who asks me to fill in a 12-page document giving details such as "why I want to use these supplements" and "Information about the basic efficacy, safety and quality about these products which must be supplied to SAPHRA" (I would not even know where to obtain such information from) and lastly this form has to be completed by the treating Medical Doctor/ Prescriber.

I then tried to phone iherb to clarify this (since no one asked me for such form/procedure before) I could not get hold of anyone since iherb does not have a call center or any human to answer specific questions, only a robotic chat service which does not answer my questions specifically. I want to be refunded unless iherb helps me with these formalities which are inhuman and impossible to fullfill given the conditions as outlined above.

Iherb should not offer their services to any South African customer in future since it would take days or weeks to obtain such information. I am angry about this to be honest.

User's recommendation: iherb should not sell or offer supplements to South African clients due to the SAPHRA regulations which are impossible to fullfill for customers who just want to buy supplements without having the hussle to spend days if not weeks to fill in those SAPHRA forms and obtain info for each of the supplements purchased such as "Information about the basic efficacy, safety and quality about these products which must be supplied to SAPHRA" (I would not even know where to obtain such information from)

Hello! I have a huge complaint about you!

My order number is 33432****, the amount was 190,776 won and the refund was 4,434 won, so I should have paid 186,342 won as seen in the photo! I have been charged three times from my Visa card!!! Why??? The total amount of my purchase was $131, but almost $264 was taken from my card!!!

What is this??? I urgently ask you to call me at +821044****79 and return my money!!!

Moreover, you still have not refunded $143 from my order with the number 33368**** or 33366**** or 33314****!! I no longer remember exactly which order it was! What are you allowing yourself???

Immediately refund my money and contact me! I am asking about this for the second time!

Or give me the address of your office in Korea! I will come!!!

My experience shows that IHerb prioritizes its own convenience over the customer’s needs.

I had an awful experience with IHerb's customer service, or rather the complete lack of it. I purchased a supplement that caused me health issues, and when I tried to return the product online, it became an extremely time-consuming process.

I followed the steps on their website, which were tedious and seemed intentionally designed to benefit the company, not the customer.

After submitting a request, the system generated a ticket number and promised I would hear back within 48 hours. Its been four days, and I still haven't received any response. When I tried to follow up, the system created another ticket for the wrong product! Finding an actual way to contact the companywhether through email or phoneis nearly impossible.

Its so frustrating because most online companies offer an email contact or human support to answer questions. But not IHerb.

In my opinion, someone needs to enforce better communication standards at IHerb, as they make it impossible to get in touch with a human. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I strongly advise all customers to dispute any refund through their credit card company, as that seems to be the only way to get your money back from IHerb. There's no other effective method.

They are showing there advertisement as a good company and trustable that’s why I ordered my product but when I found they couldn’t give me my parcel rather they sent it by back by the carrier it’s gave a negative vibes and am aware that’ am not gonna order from there company again also am now fully careful to purchasing anything from online however they give the refund that’s why am satisfied at least they didn’t cheat at all .

I recently placed an order (Order#53288****), but the delivery was unsuccessful. I contacted the carrier (Instabee), and they informed me that my package has been returned to iHerb. Since I didn't receive my order, I would like a refund or reshipment.

Please let me know the next steps and when I can expect my refund or new shipment.

Never got that either.

They are frauds.If not crooks, then they are very stupid liars and don't know how to run a business. I posted on 'x' about them and some clown replied he would take care of it and never did.
