I bought a bottle of shampoo on iHerb website. The parcel was delayed.
I contacted the customer service. They said they will help to solve the problem. I had trust for them. But I didn't realize that they were treating.
They asked the SF express to hold my parcel, refused to deliver. I asked them to refund my money. And they refused too. I spent time kept answering questions from them.
They pretend that they were busy solve problems. In stead, They asked the SF express to hold the parcel, no deliver. This is barely treating!!
I never had this unpleasant purchase before! I will never use iHerb any more and will spread the words to people.
